ELEVATE Program

The ELEVATE program will offer them the theoretical information they need to shape the idea for their business, increase their ability to take informed financial decisions, offering support during the mentoring program and the networking possibilities.

It will be available in partners countries from January 2026.

Methodology

Going through an active learning

The program will employ a learning-by-doing approach during the workshops, supported by learning materials provided through micro-learning units and podcasts. In this way, participants will study on their own time and at their speed.

The program will allow partners to facilitate endorsements and mentoring from local businesses and female entrepreneurs, providing participants with the encouragement needed to step out of their comfort zones and explore new behaviours and applications of their skills. This approach helps increase motivation and enables participants to plan their business strategies methodically.

Building a network

The local network, composed by experts and professionals -including women entrepreneurs, professionals, business consultant, potential investors, and sponsors, suppliers will help ensure the sustainability of the initiative and create a lasting impact and advantage for the entire community, offering their professionalism and their expertise in a wide range of specializations (such as marketing, finance, management, and HR) and varying work and life approaches.

Content

The program consists of a series of workshops that guide participants through a collaborative, hands-on learning process. These workshops are supported by digital resources, including micro-learning units and podcasts, which present theoretical information in a clear and accessible manner.

Different phases of business plan development require various types of support and specialization. The multi-mentoring approach recognises that diverse expertise and perspectives are essential for fostering both personal and professional growth.

Providing networking opportunities with local business organisations and associations will enhance participants' understanding of market trends and possibilities. This will also facilitate seeking advice, overcoming challenges, and promoting a culture of resilience and encouragement.

The program guarantees that participants will receive support and guidance from educators, professionals, and the local community, which will help boost their confidence and ability to act. This collaborative environment will nurture their development through a hands-on, incremental approach.

Instructions on how to run the program and organise workshops with participants will be outlined in a multilingual toolkit. This toolkit, produced in Work Package 3, will serve as a guide for educators and youth workers in organising workshops, coordinating mentors and networking involvement.

The program aims to provide holistic support to young women. Since no single mentor can address all aspects of a participant's development, it is vital to draw on a range of specialisations—such as marketing, finance, management, and HR—as well as diverse life and work approaches. This holistic support structure enhances motivation and helps participants systematically plan their business strategies.

Participants will have the opportunity to receive endorsements and mentoring from local businesses and female entrepreneurs. This support will encourage them to step out of their comfort zones and explore new behaviours and applications of their skills.

The program will utilise a "learning by doing" approach and will provide tailored learning materials through micro-learning units and podcasts. Participants can download these materials to study independently on their smartphones at their own pace, ensuring they arrive at workshops and mentoring sessions prepared and ready to engage.

Furthermore, the project offers new learning opportunities for partners and their educators. By participating in this initiative and adopting a collaborative approach, youth workers will enhance their abilities to meet the learning needs of their target groups, both during the project and in the future. The program aims to expand their expertise in networking, sustainable entrepreneurship, and empowering young women, thereby elevating their capacity to provide targeted solutions that address participants' unique needs and challenges.
